The HNS220TD Advanced Wall Timer is a flexible, high current timer switch perfect for devices that are required to run for a fixed amount of time. This wall timer offers adjustable time-out ranging from 10 seconds to 15 hours, with easy and accurate programming using DIP switches. The HNS220TD can be used as a pool pump timer, exhaust fan timer, heater timer, or for a range of other high-power applications. The HNS220TD can operate as a timer switch or restart timer switch. A quick tap turns the timer on and the pre-programmed timer countdown begins. The timer turns off automatically when the specified time period has elapsed. While the wall timer is on, the user can turn it off with a quick tap. Alternatively, a sustained two-second press while the power is running will restart the timer countdown, extending the run time. The HNS220TD has a number of bonus features that provide additional flexibility. The configurable switch mode means that power to the load can be either ON or OFF during timer operation. The blue LED indicates the device status; this can be set to ON or OFF when power is ON, and ON or OFF when power is OFF. When the timer is in operation, the LED will blink every 5 seconds. During the last 10 seconds of operation the LED will flash, indicating imminent time out.
